Following many years working in a wide variety of private, public and non-profit organizations, Elizabeth's personal and professional journey led her to Integral Coaching Canada, where she pursues a love of coaching. She is a Certified Integral ™ Professional Coach, with qualifications in coaching, business and science.
She has extensive experience in leadership, mentoring and coaching, and continues to develop and grow her capacities and depth of passion for coaching.
Elizabeth has travelled extensively and is an avid lover of nature, from simply “being” in nature, to long distance hiking, biking and engaging in a variety of winter sports.
She has a BSc Geology (Queens), MBA (Ottawa U) & is a Certified Integral ™ Professional Coach

Richard is a serial CEO & entrepreneur with more than fourty years of experience in semiconductors & software (Mitel, NovAtel, Extreme Packet Devices, Kivuto, etc) within telephony, security & education verticals. He has raised more than $60M in venture financing and led sales of multiple companies as CEO/President. He has been a CEO and/or President of six companies and has held COO & VP positions in Sales, Operations, HR & Strategic Planning.

An electrical engineer by training, he began his career as a semiconductor design engineer (Mitel '79) and has led design, development and value engineering teams over many years before moving into management and executive level positions across a range of companies.
​
His broad technical background, combined with his hands-on experiences in executive positions and his "executive MBA" training (Harvard), enables him a unique perspective that few can offer.
​
Richard provides business consultancy & executive/CEO mentoring services for early stage companies to SMEs.
He is passionate about entrepreneurship and is actively engaged with an Ottawa school board (OCSB) as the Volunteer Business Mentor Champion where he is helping to deliver the Social Entrepreneurs Program to more than 2000 students in K-12. He is also a mentor with the L-Spark Accelerator Program assisting SaaS start-ups grow their businesses.
Richard is an avid road and mountain biker and loves skiing. He is always looking for the next outdoor adventure.
